Back from Hawaii

So I'm back, and it was painful to leave. Why would I want to come back to DC? The weather in DC is awful, the outdoors doesn't compare to Hawaii. Hawaii is just a beautiful place, people are friendly and weather is damn amazing. But Hawaii is not perfect. Two factors affects my Utopian view of Hawaii. They are; speed limit and no nightlife.

I think its the first time I've seen a 15MPH speed limit in my life. To compound the problem, most places in Hawaii is single lane, and almost no passing zones. Those that knows me, I can't stand slow speeds. Place were its probably safe to go 100MPH is like 55MPH(rare), most places are about 35MPH. UGH!@!

There is no nightlife there, I believe that all those beach bums wake up with the sun, go to the beach, and by night, they are tired of beach activity and they go to bed early. At least that is my theory. I don't go out at night as much as I used to, but not having the option is just unbearable.

Maybe when I'm old and can't drive I'll retire there. Plus, by then, I won't have the energy to go out clubbing anyways.

Oh yeah, another let down was that I was under the impression that Hawaii had a lot of "bodacious" babes, in reality is loaded with older or somewhat "curvy" ladies. But for those with "Yellow Fever" but don't have the money for a the expensive Tokyo trips, Hawaii has lot of Japanese girls. I think Eri felt right at home ;p
