So I finally got the offer letter. I don't know if I should do the kung fu kicks again. As Carlos said, definitely not a good first impression. But I'll overlook, because we can't really base anything on first impression. Myself, I'm hardly the guy that gives first good impressions anyways.
I'm late, inapropriately dressed, a level of frankness(blunt)unheard of on first meetings, quirks and so forth. But above all, I know I'm a good guy when past the first round of judgement. I don't like people that are too harshly judgemental initially, because they do no have all the facts before passing any judgement. So, yeah I fail to acquiesce this hubris that first impressions are a true projection of someone's inner character.
But I'm not mad, I'm just going to get my lazy ass back at packing my clothes, organizing my Brazilian contact info, etc...
