Clever, yet not so clever.

I just thought I would post this, because it just too funny. Microsoft will be doing their biggest marketing campaign soon, for Windows XP. Yes, Windows XP, not the upcoming Longhorn, but XP. Get people to buy XP now so that in a year, when Longhorn comes out, they will have to pay again for the Longhorn. And why now? Why not when it launched? Their marketing seems clever, yet if you go to their "Start Something with Windows XP" press release page and click on the picture, you are in for a surprise. If you have an Exif metadata viewer, it will show that the ad picture was done on Adobe Photoshop CS for Macintosh. I guess that negates the cleverness of their marketing department.

I think I should be making the big bucks!

Way to go! Advertisement picture for Windows XP and they leave the exif metada saying Adobe Photoshop CS Macintosh.
