I did not go out on Saturday, because I simply crashed after work. After clubbing Friday night with Alan and Karthik, I only got home around 7AM Saturday morning, and a couple of hours later I had to go to work. I decided not to sleep because I'm that kind of person that cannot take a power nap if I'm extremely sleepy. I can only take power naps only if I'm a bit tired. Had I slept that day I would probably have missed work. So I went to work and had to stay there till 9PM. I was struggling on the last hour of work. That was over 48 hours without sleep. No wonder I didn't go out and just slept.
So I basically spent Sunday resting and sleeping. Now I feel energized and good. heheh.
A cool thing that happened at work on Saturday was that Chan's wife bought me a little snack for lunch. To understand the story fully, back then, when I used to work there, Chan's wife was doing part time work at a Japanese restaurant and would often bring lunch(japanese food) to her husband, Chan. So I would always joke about bringing some to me because I love japanese food. She no longer works there, but I still kind of keep joking to Chan about having her bring food for me as well. So on Saturday I tell Chan that I'm broke(I was broke, but I could still had gone home and eaten something), so to bring me food when he goes out for lunch. He actually brought lunch. Quite surprised, I asked him what was this about? He told me that his wife bought me lunch because no one should be hungry. Now isn't that a sweet gesture or what?
Another sweet gesture that happend over Sunday. My brother's girlfriend came over to visit on Saturday night, but since I was crashed on bed, I didn't say hi or anything, when I wake up Sunday she was already leaving to NYC. I mentioned to my brother that it was a quick visit, which he concurred. Then he gives me $50 and tells me to go eat something nice. I'm like "what?" He told me she had a bad dream about something bad happening here at home, that is why she decided to come for one day to check things out. And before going back to NYC she gave my brother $50 to give it to me and tell me to go "eat something delicious". To understand this "eat something delicious" is to understand Korean culture. Elder people sometimes give money to the younger ones, and tell them to "eat something delicious" with that money. It's a gesture of endearment. Well I don't care its a korean cultural thing, but I thought it was a sweet gesture as well.
Maybe Korean girls are not bad as I thought after all. At least Chan's wife and my brother girlfriend seems very nice caring people. Maybe I've just been checking Korean girls at the wrong places. Who knows? hahaha
Anyways I have to hit gym before work.
Behave kids.
PS: Sodo I know Uros is not gay, I know he just likes to have fun, but you know how we always make fun of him anyways, and sometime he even plays along! And that picture, IT DOES LOOK like he is butt dancing with the guy.
PS: Alan and Misha, did you guys end up going to Atlantic City or what? I hope Alan didn't bust all his pay on the tables. hahaha

PS Yeah you should see how my friend Piotr and I make fun of the guy. Next time you speak to Urosh, ask him about the dog with the huge teeth and the woman in the store story...hahaha
I am glad that you are resting! And I want you to eat too!! Sungi, I started using Quicken, although MSN Money is cheaper and the same thing. It is so great to watch your finacnes. you can make all these graphs as to how you spend your money. I love it. I am obsessed about recording everything so I can try to stop wasting money. I was blowing 60 bucks a month on coffee, so I stopped,a nd now I am trying not to eat out. It is amazing how much you save!!
