I'm back from my hiatus..

I'm back because, Facebook no longer works to express my thoughts. That 250 character limit on wall post is just too small for me to express my thoughts on economy, politics and etc. It is my fault that I thought Facebook could have replaced a venue like a blog to speak my mind.

Facebook has its purposes, its more of a way to put micro updates and keep tabs with friends. I was trying to use it as a single site for everything... To an extent, I used this blog as Facebook before too, to put up daily updates of what I was doing for my friends would know what I was doing. So, yes, I tried to merge FB with Blog.

So whats in my mind now? Well. I'm loving how CNN added comments section for every article. Now you see a multitude of stupidity and sometimes sheer brilliance. Also its a good way to see how other people think, and I must say, I hate democrats and liberals. Although I don't consider myself a "Conservative", I do believe on its fundamental core belief, which is policies aimed at empowering the individual so they can solve their problems themselves, while the liberals, their policies are to empower the government, so the government can take care of people's problem.

How can someone think that they should give away their responsibilities, their freedom, their free will to a higher authority in exchange to have things taken care off? That is like being a slave or a robot no? I want to experience, to try, to make mistakes, and learn, because it enriches me. Just like when I was growing up, my parents took care of me, and now on the next stage of life, I'm doing things for myself, making mistakes and learning. I have to know how to take care of my own. So in this analogy, does it mean that liberals never want to "grow up"? Because they seem perfectly fine to have an authority figure to take care of them . I'm sorry, but that is just sad. You are not a kid anymore, have to balls to take responsibility for your own actions and don't demand or force people to help you. Growing up means being independent. You know, like when you left your parents and started to live on your own?

No, I'm not conservative either.
