Wooohooo!!

I wish I could post more about other stuff than work, but right now my life is pretty much, work and more work.

There is a peculiar annoyance at work right now, but other than that everything is seems to be going perfect. That chat with CEO did help a lot.

Now there is a much open and frank channel of communication with upper management, and they are the ones that is actually willing to initiate. At the meeting with the upper management, I was able to voice all my concerns and ideas. They were actually really receptive about it. It was decided that we will have a bi-weekly meeting where I will give them updates about work load and time efficiency. Also, I should be able raise any concerns I might have. Just having this open communication really took a lot of my frustration.

Management hierarchy will change in the next 3 months to increase efficiency. God, I so love that word. :)

In the next 3 months I will be recruiting someone to help with my workload. Hopefully I will fly to Miami. For December I will fly to DC and meet up with friends, I might even go to NYC for New Year. And the on the first week of January I will be flying to the mysterious place the company has chosen for the Kick off party/trip(Sorry I cannot disclose the place).

Everything seems to be going fine or will be fine. :) Perfect? Maybe not, if I get the raise I want, then yes! ;p
