Girly man

So I was superstressed at work with a very difficult customer. It just one lowlife trying to get free service. He kept saying how I didn't understand what he said because I don't speak spanish. I kept telling him I did understand what he said in spanish and that no, its not our resposibility to have a person fluent in spanish. I mean I can understand if we had one and we will try to accomodate, but we are under no obligation. He is in freaking US of A. Learn english, or if you don't that is fine, but that is YOUR OWN FAULT. Regardless I understood what he said, so don't try to BS me about me not understanding. He wanted money back, right... MUHAHAHAH. So he kept asking the money back and blaming me for now understanding what he wanted. I had already made my mind, and its final, I'm not giving you the money back, GO AWAY!. He wanted management, but I said the management is with me, no refund on this situation. The asshole tries to talk to a manager which had no clue what was going on, in hopes of getting money(free service). So I follow him and tell the manager, "There is no refund for this customer, and its final."

So I hear someone yelling at the operations manager, a gentle lady. Now I'm thinking, yeah raise your voice to a woman asshole. I immediately stand next to her, buff up and say, "is there a problem?" security style. And he immediately tones down.
The other manager told him to leave the premises or he would call the police. So I asked him if I could "throw him out", and he said no. I so wanted to throw him out, girly man that are only man when getting the upper hand on woman with treat of violence. I didn't see him acting all macho when I was around.

Retail ROCKS. If you are too stupid to purchase something you dont know, research first, wait actually if you dont know you shouldnt be buying in the first place.
