Lately I can't sleep too well. I only sleep about 3 hours a day. For example, yesterday I was awake for over 48 hour so I could try to get into somewhat of a normal sleeping pattern, since I started working and all. However its not helping. I spent the whole day struggling due to lack of sleep, yet that day, when I got home from work, although I slept right away, I woke up three hours later and couldn't sleep no more. And I had to reccuring dream again.
Doso is been telling me about how sleep is good and how simple it is to get on to normal pattern. If it was that easy, I would have already. I don't like to struggle at work due to sleep deprivation. It's not fun.
