Man, today was a very stressfull day at work, not from bosses but customers. My immediate boss got grilled a couple of times by the customers. One of them called us wankers and did the wank "motion" gesture. That was a laugh. The other customer kind of slapped my boss hand when we tried to get the pen back from her. Called us assholes and such.
Let me lay down some logic principles. You customers, if you don't know shit about the subject, then don't demand shit that is just not possible. At least some customers know what the hell they are talking about so we can compromise.
Come in, clueless, self admitted doesn't know shit about computer customer. You told me that you dont know shit about computer, that is fine, I will tell you what can be done to provide best solution possible. This customer's hard drive is full. There are only 2 options here. Either put a bigger hard drive, or resize the partition to 1 big partition, instead of 2 smaller chunks. She says her data is important because it's her business computer. Situation like that, we don't even want to touch the data, because any accidental loss is really a headache for both the customer and for the techs. So resizing partion is not really an option because there is always a chance of data loss during partition resizing, and imaging also has its risks. The other one was to put a bigger hard drive, but after installing bigger hard drive, she would have to reinstall all the software. Now she doesn't want to install the software again, she wants her computer to be like it is now, but with larger hardrive. Ok listen bitch, you don't want the risk of data loss and wants the computer to be the same but with a larger hard drive? THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE. Either take the data loss risk or reinstall all the software after installing a bigger hard drive. She says the possible solutions are not good. Then what the fuck you want me to do? You said yourself you don't know shit about computers yet you are trying to tell me what can be done? There is no other way. Another thing, before all this, I told her she can choose any hard drive from the hard drive shelf, that her unit will accept anything. She tell me she is not technically inclined so doesn't know what to choose. I tell her that she can pick up anything, just choose a size. And she blabbers the same shit. Hello? All you have to do, is extend your arm and pick one. Do you need to be technically inclined to choose one apple out of the bunch? It's the same thing, pick one or point at one and I will pick it for you, you fucking snob too bitch to grab a hard drive off the shelf by yourself.
Of couse, she want to talk to my boss, which he basically tells her the same thing. She gets pissed starts yelling and calls us assholes. My boss mentioned later her previous "history" with us. And I must say she is a dumb bitch. When she unleashed her $5000 buying top notch computer, we were very accomodating about having a tech go to her place have everything installed and even install a network. She refused. She tried to install by herself, which she wasn't able to. Then she tries to back track on our previous free offer, which we were fine with it, but it can't be done that day, because the techs are on schedule so they need to set an appointment. She bitched ahout why someone can't come over NOW and install it. Same thing about today, after realizing that can't be done, she wanted someone to go to her home and install all the software now! First of all, tech needs to set an appointment, and second it's not our store level techs that are sent out. There is a department that does the in house repairs and installations. The techs at the store were about to leave in half a hour, because that was when their shift ends. She wanted a tech from our store, to go to her house beyond their schedule shift to install shit? Fuck you bitch. Also it not their job fuction to go to customers house to install stuff. Who the fuck she think she is? When my boss tells her to bring the software to us so we can have it installed tomorrow she bitches about how he could ask her to go home and pick up the software? So what the fuck you want? To pull YOUR software which is at YOUR home out of our asses? You didn't bring the software, how is that is our fault? YOU ARE THE ONE THAT DIDNT BRING YOUR OWN SOFTWARE, NOT US!! Plus its not our responsibilty that your hard drive is full. Let say you download porn and your hard drive is full? How is that our problem? You go to a porn site and get a virus, how is that our problem? How is that not a computer failure, but problem induced by customer abuse or incompetence is OUR PROBLEM? HOW????
My boss asks her his pen back, and that bitch snaps, and does a funky dance move kind of shit and toss the pen on the floor and says "no". BITCH! And she almost slapped his hand. Which if she did, I would physically drag her out of the store just for the fun of it. Because once she escalate this to physical agression, we pretty much have the right to physically toss her out.
My boss had to turn around because didn't want to laugh at her face regarding her despicable, childish, incoherent, stupid, and just bitch display.
Folks, don't work retail. You will meet some of the worst people ever.

Why doesn't the bizniatch install another hard drive and transfer the date to that one? then she can reinstall everything etc. This customer is always right thing sucks. If you don't know shit about computers, then she should shut up. Anyway, hope you're making some dough from this lousy job so you can lead your epicurean lifestyle.
